Join us for a prix fixe 5 course meal prepared by Chef Ben Kelly from Halifax, NS. Gaining his love of cooking from his mother at young age, Ben always knew that wanted to be a chef. His first job was in a Chinese Restaurant when he was fifteen and he was hooked immediately. Having worked pretty much non stop since then, Ben has almost twenty years of professional cooking experience. He holds a Red Seal in Culinary Arts and has worked in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and the Yukon. Chef Ben currently runs a Personal Chef business in and around Halifax, teaching private cooking lessons and creating delicious, hand-crafted food for in-home dinner parties.
