Reservations & Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation, with full payment collected at check-in. Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests (ages 12 and over) are $20 per person, per night.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged for the full stay. Special events, group bookings, and extended stays of six nights or more require a deposit at booking and 30 days' notice for cancellation. Please retain your cancellation confirmation for your records.
As a small, rural inn with a limited number of rooms, last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill and have a real impact on our ability to operate. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our policies — it's what allows us to keep doing what we love and give every guest our very best.
The Clairestone Inn reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at any time.
